A: Yes, starting from 01/01/2023, you can purchase USPS postage on Trackmailpro, from firstclass to priority mails. All with tracking. You may need a higher level subscription to get the service.

Q. Do you provide ebay store post-order services?

A: Yes, starting from October 2022, Trackmailpro provides you with eBay store post-order customer services. You now can handle messages, cancellations, inquiries, returns, cases, etc. all through Trackmailpro. You can sign up for these services at $20/month without using our tracking service.

Q. Do you have automated order pulling and tracking pushing service?

A: Yes, starting from Feb 2022, Trackmailpro automates the order pulling, tracking pushing process with eBay. You no longer need to waste your time on copy and paste.

Q. What platforms does trackmailpro support?

A: We support all major market platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Overstock, Shipstation, etc. In fact, if you need any specific platform, you may simply send us a request and it will be enabled within 2 business days!

A: You can use our barcode with forever stamps, regular stamps, or any label with paid postage from USPS, Shipstation, etc. Just make sure the barcode on the envelope is clear and scannable. We have samples below for your reference.

tips: for soft and amorphous items, you may tape them on a card or so to make them fit well in an envelope.

Q. What type of label should I use?

A: To make sure your mail is properly scanned, please follow the instruction on USPS page for the font size, barcode location, etc. We have samples below for your reference. Label is typically, but not always, 4 by 6 inch.

Q. What does a trackmailpro tracking look like?

A: See the sample in the table above or visit our home page.

Q. How to let buyer track their order/mail?

A: There are multiple ways. Buyers will automatically receive tracking details when there is a scan of their order. They can turn the notice on and off. You can also have them visit https://www.trackmailpro.com and enter their tracking number. As a user, you can also search tracking in TrackMail page.

Q. Can I get credit back for trans that were misprocessed?

A: Yes. We understand that you may need to void a tran/tracking for reasons, such as misprocessed, discarded, etc. As long as the tran/tracking has not been scanned by USPS and the request is within 30 days of its produce, it can be credited back. Scanned trans are not qualified for a recredit. Important: Once a tran/tracking is voided, it becomes useless. So please do NOT apply a voided tracking barcode on your label.
